When you sign up for ReplyIQ we collect your name, email address, business name, business type, and billing information. This is necessary to provide and manage your account.

Google Business Profile Data

When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access your business reviews and business information solely to generate AI replies on your behalf. We do not store your Google credentials — we use OAuth tokens that you can revoke at any time.

Usage Data

We collect data about how you use ReplyIQ including pages visited, features used, replies generated, and actions taken within the dashboard. This helps us improve the product.

Payment Information

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the ReplyIQ service
• Generate AI-powered replies to your Google reviews
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you important service notifications and updates
• Respond to your support requests
• Analyse usage patterns to improve our product
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers protected by industry-standard encryption. We use HTTPS across all services and follow best practices for data security including access controls, regular security audits, and encrypted storage.

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.

4. Data Sharing

We only share your data with the following third parties, strictly as necessary to provide our service:

• Google — to post approved review replies on your behalf
• Stripe — to process subscription payments securely
• OpenAI / Anthropic — review text is sent to generate AI replies. No personally identifiable information is included beyond the review content itself
• Resend — to send transactional emails like review notifications

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

5. Cookies

ReplyIQ uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use third-party analytics services that track you across other websites.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated data
• Portability — request your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to certain types of data processing
• Revoke Google access — disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time from your dashboard settings

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

Review reply drafts and approved replies are retained for 12 months to provide you with performance history, after which they are automatically deleted.

8. International Users

ReplyIQ operates globally including in Qatar, UAE, Spain, and France. If you are located in the European Union, your data is processed in accordance with GDPR. If you are located in another jurisdiction, we comply with applicable local data protection laws.

By using ReplyIQ you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

9. Children's Privacy

ReplyIQ is a business tool not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ReplyIQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
