Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ReplyIQ. By creating an account or using our service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ReplyIQ.
1. The Service
ReplyIQ is an AI-powered software service that connects to your Google Business Profile and generates suggested replies to your customer reviews. You retain full control — no reply is posted without your explicit approval.
ReplyIQ is provided by ReplyIQ ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the service you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration
To use ReplyIQ you must create an account with a valid email address and accurate business information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to these terms.
3. Subscription & Billing
Plans
ReplyIQ offers three subscription plans — Starter ($29/mo), Growth ($69/mo), and Agency ($249/mo). Plan features are as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period your account will be paused unless you select a paid plan.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ReplyIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use the service to post false, misleading, or defamatory review replies
- Violate Google's Terms of Service or review policies
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or abuse reviewers
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the ReplyIQ platform
- Share your account credentials with third parties outside your organization
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond normal use
- Resell or sublicense the service without an Agency plan and explicit written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
5. AI-Generated Content
ReplyIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested review replies. You acknowledge and agree that:
- All AI-generated replies are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving every reply before it is posted
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content
- You are solely responsible for the content of any reply posted to Google under your account
- ReplyIQ is not liable for any consequences arising from replies you choose to post
6. Google Integration
ReplyIQ integrates with Google Business Profile via Google's official API. By connecting your Google account you authorize ReplyIQ to access your business reviews and post approved replies on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your account settings or directly from your Google account.
ReplyIQ's use of Google data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy. We only access the data necessary to provide the service.
7. Intellectual Property
ReplyIQ and all associated software, design, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of ReplyIQ. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you create or approve through the service, including review replies posted to Google.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of customers, or reputational damage.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may cancel your account from your billing settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any activity we determine to be harmful to the service or other users.
Upon termination your data will be retained for 30 days during which you may request an export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international law. For users in the European Union, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. For users in Qatar and UAE, disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
